Ram introduces the latest ProMaster Electric Van, an efficient and eco-friendly innovation. The 2024 ProMaster EV is the brand’s first available BEV (Battery-Electric Vehicle). It represents the Ram brand’s next step in its electrification journey to deliver the best-electrified options to the market. The Ram ProMaster was built on the ProMaster’s architecture and is available in delivery and cargo models.
The ProMaster EV provides an extensive wide-angle view of the road, allowing you to see the road clearly on every drive. Its cabin features enough space, a reasonably attractive overall design, and bleeding-edge technology. The 2024 ProMaster EV offers a user-friendly infotainment system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen. It supports OTA (over-the-air) updates and a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, connects two devices simultaneously via Bluetooth, and offers a wireless smartphone charging pad and a USB-C connection port.
Ram equipped the 2024 ProMaster Electric Van with a front-mounted electric motor that delivers 268 horsepower and 302 lb.-ft of torque. All models of the ProMaster EV have a 110-kWh battery pack buried underneath the floorboards, offering a 162-mile driving range. Unlike its traditional counterparts, the Ram ProMaster EV has a front-wheel drive and an electric parking brake with fewer mechanical components. Hence, you spend more time getting work done than in the auto shop.
The Ram ProMaster EV has three available cargo heights, four available cargo length options, and an extensive selection of available upfits offering enough space for the next challenge. The Ram brand offers the Crew Van Package to accommodate up to six people, including a comfortable bench seat for three passengers. It also provides three available cargo options with 6, 7, or 9 feet of cargo space behind a partition.
